Expense Reimbursement Post Year-End

If reimbursement requests are submitted following year-end, but the reimbursement should come out of the FY13 budget, when is the last possible day to get a check reimbursement through the system and still have the funds applied from the FY13 budget? Is 12/31/13 the cutoff date or is there a grace period for closing the books?

No, there's no grace period. If an expense is posted in 2013, it applies to 2013; if it is posted in 2014, it applies to 2014.
