Ward Split-Budget

I've been searching for a thread that deals w/ ward splits and how budget funds are dealt with when this occurs. I have not had much luck finding any however I believe I've seen posts that dealt w/ this in the past. I've tried the advance search function and have not been able to come up with anything. Just wondering if anyone may know of existing threads on this topic.
