Gary is correct in that it is FM's responsibility to maintain the buildings, fixtures, and furnishings. Report the repair/replacement need through appropriate channels. Your ward may have a facilities or building representative who reports issues to the stake physical facilities representative who then reports issues to FM. Some stakes use the online FIR (Facility Issue Reporting) system for such issues.
