How do I get a Missionary added to Finance

I have a missionary that has been out for two months and still hasn't shown up in the MLS to post donations to. How does this person get added. The others have automatically shown up. Any reason why this one hasn't?

Follow the contact information in
Transferring missionary funding to another ward. There's a possibility that they've been charged to the wrong ward. If they started their mission papers in another ward (like a singles/student ward) then it becomes a much strong possibility.
