For some time now, the training on the Other account has been missing from the old training page. With the advent of CUBS, I understand it was a bit dated, but it still had some useful information. The new RKATS page doesn't contain that information, and the training is still missing. Specifically, the RKATS page cautions clerks to be careful about receiving or disbursing funds into the incorrect category, because that could cause a surplus or deficit, but RKATS never actually provides instruction on how to clear a surplus or deficit, except for a brief sentence "Funds collected and not used should be returned to the donors." The old, missing training had this information. Is it possible to update the RKATS page to include that information, or is the instruction to forward surplus funds to CHQ no longer valid?
