Since lastest MLS upgrade unable to access financial sections.

Try multiple send/receives. I noticed that it took two or three transmittals after the "MLS has been upgraded" message to get the "finance functions have been unlocked" message.

Wait 30 minutes and try again. Wait 30 more minutes and try again. Try again Monday and then call Local Unit Support if you are not unlocked.
