When you enter a payee for expenses and the type is 'Another Unit'...can you have the mailing address of the current priesthood leader defaulted in as the mailing address for the payee. As leaders change in the stake and within the area we often have inter-unit payments being sent to the wrong address becasue there is no way to identify if the address on file is still correct. Furthermore, when updates WIPE OUT the address (as seems to have happened in that last update) it is troublesome to look up (especially if it is outside the stake).
What about a way to periodically compare payee address info to the current address using the linked unit number or membership number. This way we could quickly identify discrepencies at the Stake level if a local unit updates or corrects a member's address.
