It would help greatly if the IROP would indicate who placed the order. There is a field for "name of requester" but this is usually blank. Since orders must be placed by somebody who is logged into the system the name of the account used should appear.
From our ward experience, no auxiliary [presidency member] has been able to make an order using the ward account. We have been limited to the bishopric and clerks.
