Address to send Temple Funds collected

A new temple is being built near our stake and many members contributed funds specific to the construction of that local temple by checking the "other" box. Ward clerks created a Temple Fund other account and deposited those funds. I believe we are supposed to send those funds to SLC by writing a check to clear out that other account balance.
Question is, to where do we send it and who do we make the check out to?
