Is there a way to display parent categories on budget detail reports?

Under the BUDGET:ACTIVITIES category I have sub-categories, each with their own budget.

When I print out the budget detail report the top two lines read as follows:

Budget Allowance Detail Report (1 Jan 2012 - 10 Jun 2012)
{subcategory}
ABC Ward (000001)

To make it easier to follow I'd like it to read

Budget Allowance Detail Report (1 Jan 2012 - 10 Jun 2012)
CATEGORY :: {subcategory}
ABC Ward (000001)

Is there an option to enable this somewhere?

Have you used the drop-down to select 'Auxiliary Summary' - Make sure you have the top-level and each sub category selected. Does that report get you what you need?

Unfortunately no. There is no way to electronically export finance date to create a different data display format. With the Auxiliary Summary option you get the primary category with subcategories listed below.
