Auditor needs help signing into LUFAS

I am a stake clerk and just got off the phone with an auditor who is having problems logging in. I don't have access to the system but talked him through a few things on the phone. First we were able to establish that he does have an active LDS account and with user name and password (even had him log in to see the ward directory, then back out, then log back in just to make sure). Next I got on clerk resources and could see that he is indeed entered in as a stake auditor.

He can get to the LUFAS sign in page and enter his user name and password, but when he clicks to get in the password just disappears. He said it gives him no error message or anything (even when I try it gives me an error message). Is there anyone out there that might know what the problem could be and/or suggest a next step?

Have him try again on February 1st, when the site becomes active for the 2011 year-end audits.

I am a high councilor on the audit committee - we just assigned a new auditor - had the stake clerk set him up as auditor in the system - he is able to get in to the login screen but is told he is unauthorized when he attempts to login in using his sso. He can get in the other church systems You are not the only one with this problem. Maybe if they see more than one they will believe there could be a problem on their end. The month of February is going fast, this guy's daughter is getting married in a week. I have him this Sunday and then we have to find someone else to do it. It would really be nice to have this resolved in the next day or two.

I have had other auditors verify they can get in so its not the month of February thingy.

The problem is that he was just added yesterday (at least at CHQ), and it missed the nightly refresh that pushes into the authorization system so, he should have rights tomorrow.

Thanks, I was talking about Bro. Gibson entered a week ago, not the brother entered last night. I had Bro Gibson try again and now he is good to go! I'll have the other brother try tomorrow.

Has your stake clerk entered you as an auditor in a standard calling at Leader and Clerk Resources?

The account you posted with here doesn't have your membership record number attached to it. It is attached to a different Church Account. If you do not remember that account you will have to work with your ward clerk to get you in contact with the Global Service Department
