Are there online forms for Priesthood Ordinations & Baby Blessings that I can type in the information?
I would like the form to look nice (not use my handwriting.) We don't have a typewriter to use.

MLS has Ordinance Recommend forms for blessing, baptism/confirmation, and priesthood ordinations, as well as nice looking Certificates for all those ordinances. All of these will fill in information from membership records and you can type in whatever additional information is needed. But I don't believe any of those forms are online at lds.org yet.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
