New store site - No bishop's order for commodities form?

I can't find the Bishop's order for commodities form on the new store.lds.org site. I go into Administrative Materials » Stake/Ward » Reports, Forms, and Certificates, but no luck. This form used to be on the old ldscatalog.com site as a downloadable pdf or to order the packets of forms.

I could really use a copy of the pdf today! And I need to order the forms.

Am I missing something or looking in the wrong place?

Thanks for any help!

There are many items that are not yet on the new store.lds.org. One thing you might try is to go to the old site. Here is a link to the Unit login page. I know the Church is trying to move people to the new site, but as long as the old site is available and has items not available on the new site, you might give it a try.

I'm sure that you can also pick up the phone and order the old-fashioned way at 1-800-537-5971.

Thanks! I thought the old site was gone since the main url redirects to the new site. The pdf seems to be gone (which is what I really needed today), but at least I can easily order the forms. Thanks again for the quick response!

Just a thought, but you also might not have permission to view the form. I can't check for you because I know I don't, but the new site grants different privileges based on calling. To be sure, you might want to have the bishop take a look.

Yep, you are right. The store.lds.org helpdesk responded with that explanation. I did recommend to them that counselors in the bishopric should be able to order those forms as in the past since the bishop already has a lot to do.

I also found a pdf of the form at the welfare ops training site, which helped me out of the pinch I was in yesterday: https://apps.lds.org/welfareoperations/ ... topic=15.2

A family will get the food they need this week thanks to that pdf!

Thanks again for the quick responses on this board.

Or more importantly, the Ward Clerk who most bishops ask to handle administrative tasks.

Good point! Hopefully they allow some flexibility since wards with smaller numbers of members are not able to function as ideally as wards with lots of members.

Thanks for your posts, as I very much needed to order more forms before the Holiday rush. I am a Ward Clerk, and could not find the forms on the new site either. I assume that they will be up at some point, since clerks have always been able to order such forms in the past.

My bishop asked me to order more forms as well and I couldn't find them - communication I received back from the Distribution Center is that only bishops can order online. However, counselors and clerks can call in and order by telephone.

Not to complain, but if I can order by telephone, why can't I order online? It is very difficult for me do do anything by telephone with the church due to my work schedule (I'm on my lunch break as I type this).

Hopefully if enough of us submit feedback on the store web site, they will make some changes.
