I am in need of a PDF or link to an original "Hold Harmless Agreement" - Form PD 10000777 copyright 2009 - print 2/09.

This form is needed to allow our local Scout District use of our building and property for use for Cub Scout Day Camp. Fortunately, our ward sits on 30 acres of property.

I don't know of any place it has been posted publicly, but it will be available to your stake president in the Online Official Communication Library.
