Is there a means in MLS to pull a list of new move-ins either since last ward conference or in the past year?

From the toolbar, Reports/Forms > Other Lists > Members Moved In

I think it will only list the members who are still in the ward at the time the report is run. It may not list members who moved in and back out.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Correct - it only lists those who are still in the ward. There is a drop down menu in the top right that allows you to specify how many months back you want to go. I think it only goes back a max of a year? Something like that.
