Single Adult Question in Quarterly Report

I believe there are one or two questions about single adults in the quarterly report and that this is fairly new. When was this question added to quarterly reports?

Single Adults or Young Single Adults?
The questions on the YSA were added when additional budget funds were allocated for YSA, Youth and Primary. Off hand, I'd say it's been a couple of years.

The two questions were added to the 4th quarter report for 2009, which means they were answered for the first time in January, two months ago.
