Hi,

I am the ward clerk and I am trying to find reports that will help with the new guidelines on youth advancements. I am being asked all the time by the Bishopric, who will be what next year. Or who is supposed to be a deacon, teacher, etc this year.

For example, we would like to know who will be in the teachers quorum next year?

I am sure it is easy to do and I am just missing it somewhere...

Any advice?

When it's closer to the new year it's likely that the Action and Interview List will show all the interviews that should happen. Right now I can think of a couple methods. If your primary and Sunday School classes are each only have one age in them, you could just find the appropriate classes and use that list. Of you can go to the current member list for each quorum or YW class, sort by age and then take the ones with birthdays in the higher year. Or finally you could just go to the Member List, click on the Age title to sort by Age and then mark off groups by the year of their birthday.
