Ecclesiastical Endorsement

Hello everyone. I have just moved into the Salt Lake City area, and I am wanting to go to the LDS Business College and I need the endorsement from my bishop. the problem is that I have reached out to my new bishop to set up an appointment to speak with him, but no response. Has not returned any of my calls and now his voice mailbox is full. I would love to get this out of the way asap, but I am at a dead end.
Any suggestions?

Yes. I would speak with him at church on Sunday. He will need to interview you, and he will also need to contact your previous bishop for his verbal recommendation.

Most appointments with the bishop are made through the executive secretary. The bishop may lose track of all those who contact him personally and that is one reason he has an executive secretary.
