Bishop's action report question

• The priesthood handbook on page 24 is state that the bishop should interview 16-17 yr old 2 times a year, why is it not on the bishop action list or is it? Any help would be appreciated.

The bishop interviews each young man and each young woman in the ward at least annually. If possible, he interviews each 16- and 17-year-old young man and young woman twice annually. The bishop's counselors will do an interview six months after the bishop's interview if the bishop cannot do two interviews annually. This was a procedural change that occurred sometime in the 2002-2004 time frame. The old procedure was for the bishop to both interviews for the year.

In MLS, in the bishopric action and interview list, you will see that the bishop's youth interviews will only appear for the annual interview. In the bishopric counselor youth interviews you will find the semiannual interview.
