I just received a call from a member of the stake audit committee asking about audit forms for the family history center. I don't have any of these on file and couldn't find them on ldscatalog.com. I spoke with a rep and he gave me a number to the audit dept but they're not open today (Saturday)

Recently the pdfs for the stake and unit audits were added to the catalog as well as MLS but I have yet to find anything for the FHCs..

can anyone point me in the right direction?

The audit forms are provided in MLS. The first item in the "Other Resources" pane is "Church Audits...". Click it and the third item listed is "Family History Financial Audit".
