Hi, a Ward Clerk has a son currently serving a mission and noticed his son's name is listed in the Bishopric Action and Interview List under "Men Who Have Not Served a Mission." Is this correct or is there a way to update the record in MLS?

The Missionary Department should update that some time in the first month or two of the mission I believe. If he has been on his mission more than 2 or 3 months the you may want to contact local unit support to see why it hasn't been updated yet. That information can't be updated on the local level.
