Report, custom or otherwise, that will show people who have paid tithing?

My bishop would like the Exec. Sec. to call everybody that has paid tithing in an attempt to increase members participating in tithing settlement. Is there a report, custom or not, that will show members who have made a contribution this year, as well a phone number?

Every member should attend tithing settlement, whether or not they have paid tithing. So that is who the Executive Secretary should call if he has been asked to set up the appointments for the bishop. Some bishops give blocks of time to the elders quorum president and the high priests group leader and ask them to set up the appointments.

Financial reports that show who have paid tithing also include amounts, and no one should see that confidential information except the bishop and the clerk. Those reports do not include phone numbers.
