Visiting Teaching Report Leaving off some Sis Not Contacted

The visiting teaching overview does not list some of the sisters who were not visited for the month. Under "Sisters not Contacted" about 1/4 of the sisters who were not visited are listed. The rest of the sisters are not listed. Any ideas?

Did they move into the ward in the month in question? Or perhaps graduate from YW during that month?

The list of sisters not contacted is sisters who have not been contacted in the last three months. If a sister was contacted during any one of the last three months, she will not be included in that list.
