Is there a way to export lists (like a prospective elder list) to google maps and so that we can arrange groups to go to areas that are close together?

It can be done, but Google Maps is not the easiest way to do it.

You can use the tools at maps.lds.org which has all of the current data available.

If you want more features than what is there, you can find a copy of Microsoft Streets & Trips you can do it easily - the maps won't be updated again as it is now discontinued but for most parts it is still workable.
