Primary Graduation date

I just found the Primary Graduation forms on MLS and was wondering if they should be dated on their birthday or on the Sunday that they graduate?

I've had the same question and I'm sure it doesn't really matter. I dated it on the Sunday after their birthday, as that's when they will receive it.

I was debating between their birthday and Sunday. Thanks for the input.
