Does a form or list of questions exist to perform a unit computer audit?

I've not run across a "computer audit", much less a form.

If you are referring to a Membership Audit, MLS has a menu item that will call up the information you need.
I have not heard of a "computer audit" either, unless a new Technology Specialist is trying to update a computer inventory. You might wish to have your source clarify the request.
