Disciplinary Council

We have a member in our ward that went through a Disciplinary Council in a previous ward. The bishopric reconvened and it was determined that the restrictions should be lifted and the member returned to full service. I captured notes from the mtg, but don't know what to do with them from this point. Any advice is appreciated. I'm a new ward clerk and have no idea what to do next.
