Single-chapter PDFs of Joseph Fielding Smith manual

Will single-chapter PDF files of "Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Joseph Fielding Smith" be made available for download at lds.org as they are for the Lorenzo Snow manual? Currently, single chapters appear to be available only in MP3 audio format. However, the entire manual is available as a PDF.
