I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this, but if you mean "Members who are married, where both are members, and where they are not sealed to each other," then you would create a custom report. The criteria would be:
Marriage Status -- is -- Married
Member Status -- is -- Spouse is Member
and Member Status -- is not -- Sealed to Spouse
