Is there any plan, or perhaps already available, for units to update the new and returning member form, save it and access remotely? The current form is not very user friendly...not able to save, and only able to print using "cute .pdf"
There has be a better way to do this and update the forms in real time, weekly, etc...rather than having to essentially start from scratch each time...

lots of views, no responses?? Appreciate any insight as we are trying to get these forms user friendly, current, updated and relevant in our stake. The ability to update and share would be very helpful. thanks

That's not surprising. You're asking if there's any plan. Only a tiny number of people could know if there is such a plan, and I guess none of them has seen the post.

OK, thank you. Confirms there is no such form available, only the one time use existing form that only allows you to print what you're typing at the particular moment... We'll stick with google docs and our own version of the church's "new and returning member" form.

Could anyone share a copy of theirs or post a link to a blank one that we could use?

And we're still waiting for this! The request and method isn't very feasible until done on-line, where the info can always be up to date and shared appropriately and with the correct permissions.
