As a member of the stake presidency, it would be very helpful if the membership lists in the Leader Resources and Clerk Resources allowed a view of all stake members by organization, for example, all high priests in the stake (showing which ward they are in), or a list of all Women in the stake with ward showing.
When considering callings and other assignments, it is very useful to have this information across the stake and not have to look ward by ward in this directory.

Just to be clear, you're not talking about MLS at all -- you're talking about Leader and Clerk Resources on LDS.org. Such lists can already be generated in MLS using custom reports, but Clerk Resources doesn't have a custom reports feature.
There are a couple of ways you could propose this change:
- Use the Submit Feedback link on LDS.org
- Work through your stake president who can pass the suggestion on to your Area Seventy
- Participate in the Clerk Resources beta, where you can send feedback that will be much more likely to be seen soon by the LDS.org tools development team.
