What does that mean?
Embedded in MLS are some lists of countries, states, temples, and languages. These are used in various places to provide lists in the user interface, so that you can pick the item from a list, rather than trying to get the spelling right yourself.
For example, when you create a member record, or a donor record, you enter the country (and state if in the US). When you record a temple ordinance, you specify the temple. When you record mission information, you can record the language. (Note that these last two categories are normally entered automatically by the Temple or Missionary Department, but nonetheless, it is possible to specify them in MLS).
Occasionally the Church adds a temple, or a language, or a country to these lists. These updated lists are automatically downloaded to MLS, and you are informed that the lists were updated on the transmission report. It's slightly interesting information, but really nothing you need to be concerned about.
