Are the latest Audit forms available online and if so where can I locate them. I just need some examples/list of questions for some training.

The forms can be printed from MLS or online at https://audit.lds.org

When you sign in to LUFAS (at least for me as a stake financial clerk), one of the options is to Print an Audit Form. That actually shows a blank audit form in your browser, from which you can copy and paste or print.

I am also a stake financial clerk but can not log in to LUFAS
It recognizes my user name and password but...
"User has no valid assignments for this application."
Guess I will be running by the the stake center tonight afterall.

Ward finance clerks cannot access LUFAS either. You would think that those who are managing unit finances would at least be able to log on to view reports.

The documentation clearly states that the stake financial clerk should have access. Do you have the standard calling "Stake Assistant Clerk--Finance"?

What reports do you think ward financial clerks should have access to? The audit process is handled entirely at the stake level. The one part of LUFAS that it does seem like ward financial clerks should have access to is the audit forms themselves. Financial clerks have access to those forms in MLS, and reviewing the forms helps a financial clerk prepare for the audit.

I think that was the intent of the original request, to help a ward clerk prepare for a financial audit, but he didn't have access to the form online because he is a ward and not a stake clerk.

You are correct that I am preparing to help wards (and auditors) prepare but I am a stake financial clerk.

I just checked CDOL and I am listed as one of two "Stake Assistant Clerk"
We do have a third who is listed as "Stake Assistant Clerk - Technology Specialist"
If there is an option to add me in the correct appendage - Finance I will make that request and it should solve the LUFAS problem as well help when the church finally makes financial information accessible through clerk resources.

Thanks for letting me know
