I filled out a report in its entirety and at the conclusion clicked on the 'send to stake president' box. The screen cleared and put me back to the original screen as if to begin a new document. My stake president received nothing. Must I start over or is there somewhere in cyberspace from where I can retrieve the information? On line documentation is easy but in this case quite labor intensive. I look forward to your reply. Thanks. Lyle D. Smith, President, Dodge City II Branch.

My guess is that it timed out while you were typing. I can't help you with finding the lost information, but in the future, I would recommend typing it into a word processing document and then using cut and paste.
