Well, I can't imagine what else you can do on your end. Your only remaining option is to call Local Unit Support. I know that you said earlier that you called and they told you to try the LDSTech Forum, but the community can't help you with server-side problems. You're have to persist in asking until you talk to someone who can help resolve the problem.davidarnett wrote:We followed what you recommended and it did not work.
