While printing out attendace rosters for Primary, the Primary President shown me the Valiant 11 roster having the names of children in the branch who were well over the age of 11 years old, including my twin sons who are now 13 and in the Deacons quroum.

Why is MLS assigning them to this class? How can I fix this?

You may want to read up on MLS Classes. Someone may have changed the default rules placing your son in the Vailants. The instructions will tell you how to fix them as well as how to move the affected individuals.
