Any suggestions on how to best estimate how many people were invited to the Adult and General sessions of Stake Conference?

In stake MLS, the Unit Statistics feature will tell you exactly how many members there are in the stake, and how many adults there are. Those are the numbers we always use as the number invited to the General and Adult sessions of stake conference.

Thanks! I couldn't find anywhere how to arrive at that number. Perhaps stating such on the form would be helpful for first-timers like me at least!
