Actually, the link that was showing was short, but if it was clicked on it worked and went directly to the clerk wiki. I've corrected this anyway.

What we did is:

1. Create a custom date field on member record
2. When a new record comes in, we add the custom field with no date
3. When the record is read in, we mark off the date it is read in
4. We then generate a custom report of all new members with no custom read in date

Only been doing it two weeks, I just wish there was a way to have all new users come in with the date field set to blank.
