Weekly and Monthly To Do List

Is anyone aware of a weekly and monthly To Do List that could help a new clerk make sure he's magnifying his calling?

Here's a document from our YSA stake that could be adapted for a regular ward/stake. Responsibilities are divided out by week, month, year, and semester. It was last updated in August, and glancing through it it looks like there are a few things that are already out of date with the continual improvements to online tools – but it might be a good place to start.

This one is a bit dated, but you might do a little updating.

Thank you.
I'll translate this to make this helpful for Ward Clerks here in Brazil.
