How do I remove a family member from a record

I have a brother in my ward who has a child that he fostered but did not adopt. How do I remove from his record?
By "remove", I assume you're talking about the listing of the child on the husband's record as well as the husband from the child's record. (Which is different than from removing the child from the household.)
I think if you go into MLS, you can edit that relationship. I don't know if LCR supports that yet.
