Directory access to neighbor stake

Hi does someone know if there is a way to access a ward directory in one stake, when the person's membership resides in a neighboring stake? I have members from a neighboring stake that have been called to be bishopric members for YSA wards in my stake, but because they memberships reside in their current stake, they cannot access the ward members in the YSA ward. Does anyone know of a work around for this? They have been set up as an out of unit calling, but this does not allow them to access the directories in the YSA ward/stake.

Having that out of unit calling should allow them access. What tools are they trying to use?

And now long have you waited? Callings like that take a day, maybe a bit longer for all the permissions to get straightened out.

If their callings are correctly recorded, somehow it's a matter of knowing how to switch wards or stakes in the directory. LDS Tools and the LDS.org Directory will allow these leaders to see members in both their home stake and their service stake. There's a dropdown menu above the member list for both that allows them to switch which ward they're looking at. Additionally, the LDS Tools app requires periodic syncing to keep the data up-to-date.

Also, in Leader and Clerk Resources they should be able to see ward information for the ward where they're serving in the bishopric.
