That's also odd not to have a main 'ward clerk', that's on the Chart of Callings, and any assistant clerks are specialized over different functions such as membership or financial. The ward clerk would also be the one involved with taking the minutes of certain meetings probably outlined in Handbook 1, along with some duties outlined in Handbook 2.
