Report of Church Disciplinary Action

I think I read in an MLS message that in this version of MLS Reports of Church Disciplinary Action can be sent to Salt Lake through MLS. Is that true? If it is true do we still mail a copy to the Stake?
I have searched Wiki, but I could not find anything definitive.

The MLS message you are thinking of is probably a recent message regarding the online tools. Look for a message in MLS with the subject line "Features Available in Clerk Resources" on 30 Aug 2013.
MLS 3.7 includes a prompt for several functions that reminds you that the function is available on the Internet and offers to redirect you to the web site or allows you to continue using MLS. The Report of Church Disciplinary Action is one of those functions.
