Our ward has a very small YW organization, with all classes combined into one. How to I represent that in the MLS system? Specifically when there is only one president, set of counselors, and Secretary for the entire YW organization in the ward.

Use the class Merge feature.

I've used that feature with our Primary but I can't find that feature for the YW organization. Could you point me in the right direction? Thank You.

I think the best you can do is to move all the YW into one of the classes and then you can specify the presidency for that one class from among the members.

So you mean, for instance, call them all laurels (every if they aren't) and set up the single class that way?

That's correct. And in my quick testing, it appears that the Laurel class is the one to use -- you can easily add any younger YW to that class, but it's a little trickier to move an older YW to one of the younger classes.
