i have recently been called as the Stake Clerk in a new Stake. The position of Stake Clerk and Stake Executive Secretary do not show up in the Stake version of MLS. I have had to assign myself as an Assistant Stake Clerk so that i can access the Stake calendar as an administrator.
What reasons would there be for these two, seemingly, important positions not being available...?

The stake clerk and stake executive secretary are tier one positions. They cannot be added by regular means. Instead a LUCR must be submitted. If it has been submitted for each position, it will take a little longer for human approval at CHQ before being sent down to MLS.
