Unassigned families for home teaching...

#1

Post by dbyram »

Our high priest group secretary needs to produce a list of unassigned families/individuals for home teaching and leadership visits. He is new and my MLS skills are rusty at best. Can someone give us some direction for using MLS to produce this list? Also, we may need to customize the list to restrict as to age (i.e. age 40 and over). Thank you.

In MLS, go to Organizations > Home and Visiting Teaching > Home Teaching Statistics. There you can use the "Sections to show" dropdown to choose "Households Not Assigned To Be Home Taught". The resulting report does include age, so you can sort by age (by clicking on the column heading), or you can copy and paste the report into a spreadsheet and do additional filtering and analysis.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

You can also you MLS to create a customized report that will provide everything you are looking for, families unassigned, head of household older than a specific age.
