Problem with LDS Account on LDS Store

I have used my LDS Account signing into store.lds.org but it shows me an error message. The message is as follows:

The following create operation exception has occurred during processing: "javax.ejb.DuplicateKeyException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ESTORE.I0000425) violated DSRA0010E: SQL State = 23000, Error Code = 1".

I have contacted the LDS Account people but have only received an e-mail stating that:

"We have received your problem description. We will contact you once we have resolved this issue. We expect to contact you within the next few days via email.

Thank you.
LDS Account Administrator"


I got this on December 6, I'm the ward clerk and need to get a few items for our ward, but with no access to store.lds.org I did it the old fashion way of picking up the phone and calling ;)

Is there any answer from the group out there as to what this could be or should I just wait?

The problem is clearly at the database level, which no one in the community is going to be able to help you with -- it will have to be fixed by a developer or database administrator working on the Store application.

So my only advice would be to follow up with the Store support people, reminding them that you need access (and that the time has passed in which they said they would respond).

I did what you said and they corrected everything. I'm on and running. Thanks for the response.
