Update on unit websites?

I know I'm bringing up old topics, but is there any newer info on the authorized church web sites letter? newer than that 2004 one?
The 2006 Church Handbook of Instructions: Book 1 contains wording that is quite similar to the 2004 Authorized Church Web Sites letter. Various priesthood leaders may interpret the letter somewhat differently, but it is their responsibility to be aware of the policy and implement it as best they can under inspiration for their area of stewardship.
