I had worked for the Church earlier this year, but no longer do. I need to print a w-2 form, but can't log in to get it, presumably because I am not currently an employee(?). Is there another way to access this information?

Generally most employers, including the Church, mail W-2 forms in January for the previous year, even if the employee stopped working before the end of the year. But if you need that information sooner, you can contact the Church's HR department by calling the main number 801-240-1000.
