As the myldsmail account will be deleted soon I am attempting to migrate that data and information. As a part of that there are many files on the account (Google Drive) that I need to migrate ownership of - as apposed to just share - if that account will be deleted and those files removed with it, however; when select to change ownership it says that is now allowed on my account and to contact my account administrator.

Your account administrator is the Global Service Center. Your ward clerk will be able to help you get in contact with them.
